The Digital Content Administrator typically works alongside an organisation’s Marketing and Communications Team to help shape and drive forward their digital presence.

From websites to social media platforms, you’ll use digital channels to present content in an engaging way, and you’ll need to make sure you consider tone of voice, branding and messaging.

Content can include web pages, images, videos, blog posts, news articles, reviews and social media, so excellent written and communication skills are a must. You’ll need to develop detailed content plans and give consideration to the online user journey.

You’ll have to proactively develop and publish content to help increase awareness and understanding of an organisation and engage with their target audiences to achieve objectives.
